On the day of arrival, you can move into your booked apartment from 3pm. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your holiday home by 9.30am. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival in advance or contact us by telephone (+436413 20110) - 1 hour before arrival.

The deposit of 30% must be paid by credit card at the time of booking.
The balance can be paid in advance by bank transfer or on site in cash or by credit or debit card.

There are 20 bikes and helmets in all sizes available for hire free of charge at the Aparthotel. We also rent out e-bikes (3x MTB, 2x city bikes) by prior arrangement and for a fee (€29 per bike and day).

Online ski passes: Buy your ski passes online in advance and benefit from the early booking discount. The earlier you book, the lower the ski pass price. In addition, you can add a cancellation guarantee for €2.50 per ski pass and day.

Ski passes are available at all bottom stations of the gondola lifts (Rote 8er, Grafenbergbahn, Flying Mozart - Kirchboden).

There are plenty of parking spaces directly in front of Aparthotel Steger. There is also an e-charging station for cars (for a fee).

The Aparthotel Steger has a lockable bike depot with the option of charging e-bike batteries.

The ski depot is lockable and has a heated ski boot dryer, ski & pole storage and compartments for snowboards.

Yes, there is an e-charging station directly in front of Aparthotel Steger (for a fee).

Bathrobes for adults can be borrowed free of charge from reception during reception opening hours.

 

In the apartment we prepare one shower towel and one small towel per person for you. These are exchanged as required. You will find wellness towels in the sauna area. Disposable products are not our thing. That's why we don't provide slippers. 

Please bring your own towels for the pool.

You have the option of having your laundry washed/dried during your vacation.
